FoodChain, a mobile app marketplace aimed at creating an integrated local food distribution and on-demand food procurement platform, faced the complex task of designing, developing, and launching their application. The goal was to establish a platform that seamlessly connects local food suppliers with local buyers to foster a technology-powered circular economy. They had set sights on expanding across different markets, specifically in Japan, Korea, and the USA, and launching the app on both the Apple and Google Play stores. An equally important challenge was to build a distinctive brand identity, devise the brand guidelines, and generate effective public relations.
